The system provides dedicated portals for administrators, property managers, property owners, and tenants, each with role-specific access to relevant information and management tools. It centralizes property records, tenant and owner data, documents, photos, utility information, and financial records within a single integrated platform.
A key feature of the solution is its utility management module, which automates monthly meter reading workflows through scheduled notifications, tenant photo uploads, approval processes, and consumption tracking.
