This project is a custom-built logistics management platform that centralizes the administration of customers, procurement processes, suppliers, storage facilities, and other business-related data. Its core feature is a route planning simulation module that generates optimized transportation plans while estimating costs and profitability based on various business parameters, helping organizations make more informed logistics decisions and reduce operational expenses.
Our role was the complete development of the administration platform, including the CRM functionality, simulation interface, input data management, integration with an external route optimization API, and the visualization and export of simulation results. The mathematical optimization engine powering the route planning was developed by a specialized third-party team, while our solution seamlessly integrates these capabilities into a unified business application, providing users with a single interface for managing the entire route planning and decision-support workflow.
