This Privacy Policy explains how Webective ("we", "our", "us") handles your information when you use our browser extension ("Service").

1. Service Changes

• All server-based features and user registration have been discontinued.
• All previously stored server data has been permanently deleted from our servers.

2. Data Storage & Handling

• The extension now stores all data locally on your device.
• There is no server communication or sharing functionality.
• Layouts can be exported locally in an encoded (non-human-readable) format.

3. Your Data & Layouts

The extension does not actively store or process your name, email, or passwords. However, if you save layouts containing URLs with sensitive info (e.g., names, email addresses in query parameters), those URLs will be stored locally as part of the layout.

You are responsible for the URLs you save. Avoid storing sensitive or confidential data in your saved layouts.

4. Layout Deletion & User Controls

• The extension provides an option in the settings to delete all layouts with a single click.
• Users can also manually delete individual layouts or perform a full export of their data.

5. Security & Privacy

• Since all data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's security.
• We don’t access, collect, or process your data.
• We strongly advise you to:
  • Avoid saving sensitive information in URLs.
  • Regularly review and clean up saved layouts.
  • Back up your layout data securely if needed.

6. GDPR & User Rights

• All server-stored data has been permanently deleted. You are in full control of your locally stored data.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our extension is not designed for users under 13.

8. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if necessary. You are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
